Favor Church PH Inc. accepts online donations through credit card payments and direct bank transfers from interested individuals, organizations, and associations, through give.favor.church (“our website”, “our giving portal”, “the site”), the online giving portal of our church. This website empowers you to partner with Favor Church PH Inc. Favor Church PH Inc. gives utmost value to the security and confidentiality of your personal information. We collect the following personal information when you donate using this platform:- Name
- Contact Information (Phone/Mobile Number, Mailing Address, email address)
We will use your Personal Data for as long as necessary to satisfy the purposes for which your Personal Data was collected or to comply with applicable legal requirements.
ANALYTICS

When you visit our website, a record of your visit is logged and the following data is supplied by your browser:

CONTACT FORM
We use Ninja Forms for our contact form to facilitate communication with our website visitors.
Customers who email us or use any of the contact forms on our website will have their email address, IP address, and any data provided in the contact form or body of the email stored indefinitely in a database

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAY

DONATION
Donations may be made via give.favor.church, using our secure payment gateway. Registration with the website is a prerequisite to donation, and donors will be required to provide all the necessary information to process the transaction. Information collected include:
- Name
- Billing address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Donation amount
CONFIRMATION
After the donation process is completed, a confirmation of the transaction will be emailed to the donor’s email address, as registered in the website’s online donation system, to serve as proof of delivery.
USER ACCOUNTS
You may choose to or may be required to create an account during the donation and payment process, depending on the type of donation. During this process, your web browser may save your name, email address, address, and other relevant information in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you want to check your giving details, make another donation, or return to the website. These cookies will last for up to one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

GOVERNING LAW
Disputes relating to the use of the websites’ online donation system and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Mandaluyong City, Philippines, where Favor Church PH Inc. is officially registered and located.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Favor Church PH Inc. is not responsible for typographic errors. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the online donation system at any time without prior notice.
What rights do I have over my data?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
