Frequently asked Questions

You may give via online bank transfer to our BDO or Unionbank accounts through your own bank account. Just type in our account name and account number. Each bank will have its own procedure or app, so it's best to check directly with your bank. 

Yes. We do not save nor see any of your banking details as they are processed directly by Unionbank Cybersource Secure payment gateway. We will only see the last 4 digits of your credit card number for tracking purposes, the rest are encrypted.

Yes. While we encourage digital banking through our giving portal, you can also drop off physical cash or cheques in our Tithe box located at the foyer of our church office. Our address is at Favor Church, Level 6, East Wing Shangri-La Mall Plaza, EDSA cor Shaw Boulevard, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City. (Note: Due to government lockdown, our office is only available every Thursday, until further notice.)

Yes. You can by going to paypal.me/favorchurch. However, because of the higher transaction fee, we strongly encourage you to use one of other giving channels: credit/debit card (foreign cards accepted), bank transfer, Paymaya, GCash, Kumu, or Bitcoin (coming soon).

For weekly recurring giving, you will be charged at the moment of giving and then every 7 days after the first day of your successful giving (Ex: If you started recurring giving on a Monday at 1pm, next giving will be on next Monday 1pm). This will continue indefinitely until you stop it voluntarily.

For monthly recurring giving, you will be charged at the moment of giving and then on the same day every month thereafter (Ex: If you started recurring giving on January 1, next giving will be on February 1). Hence, avoid setting recurring giving every 29th to 31st of the month. You may cancel your recurring giving at any time through your account page.

Go to give.favor.church and then log in to your account. Under My Giving, click Recurring Giving. Find the recurring giving transaction you'd like to cancel (you may match the giving number from your confirmation email), then click View to reveal all the details. Click Cancel in the actions line.

You can also go to your account through the "My Account" link in your Giving confirmation email.
