The following terms and conditions shall govern your use of the online giving system on give.favor.church, a website that empowers you to partner with Favor Church PH Inc. By donating online, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Favor Church PH Inc. accepts online donations through credit card payments and direct bank transfers from interested individuals, organizations, and associations.

Favor Church PH Inc. gives utmost value to the security and confidentiality of your personal information.
We collect the following personal information when you donate using this platform:

- Contact Information (Phone/Mobile Number, Mailing Address, email address)
The collected personal information on this platform is utilized solely for documentation and processing purposes so we can properly acknowledge the receipt of your donation and to help prevent fraudulent donations.

When you visit our website, a record of your visit is logged and the following data is supplied by your browser:

CONTACT FORM
We use Ninja Forms for our contact form to facilitate communication with our website visitors.
Customers who email us or use any of the contact forms on our website will have their email address, IP address, and any data provided in the contact form or body of the email stored indefinitely in a database

The Favor Church PH Inc. online donation system uses an advanced encryption technology provided by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a recognized authentication and encryption software, which means that the site encrypts all of your personal information and card details so that it is unreadable to anyone outside of the transaction process.
THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAY
All payments made through the Favor Church site are processed through a secure third-party site using Cybersource. You may view the Cybersource privacy policy here for information on what personal data is collected and retained.
DONATION
Donations may be made via give.favor.church, using our secure payment gateway. Registration with the website is a prerequisite to donation, and donors will be required to provide all the necessary information to process the transaction.
CONFIRMATION
After the donation process is completed, a confirmation of the transaction will be emailed to the donor’s email address, as registered in the website’s online donation system, to serve as proof of delivery.
USER ACCOUNTS
You may create an account during the donation and payment process leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you want to check your giving details or make another donation. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY
All amounts on the website are defaulted to Philippine (PHP) currency. Should there be multicurrency options available, the currency conversion amounts appearing within this site are for your information purposes only and are approximate amounts in your selected currency. The converted amounts shown here are not necessarily the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement, as international currency exchange rates are prone to change beyond the control of Favor Church PH Inc.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Once a donation is completed, the transaction is deemed final and indisputable, except under the following circumstances:
- Unauthorized or fraudulent use of a donor’s credit card is proven, per guidelines of his or her credit card company. In case of lost or stolen credit card, donors must notify their credit card company and comply with its reporting procedure.
- The Favor Church PH Inc. website and/or online donation system inadvertently does/causes something that will necessitate a refund.
In such an event, you may contact Favor Church’s Chief Finance Officer via email (eucel@favor.church) or telephone (09178154559) during weekdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. within five (5) working days from the time you received an email confirming the donation.
Favor Church PH Inc. shall process your request for refund with the credit card company or bank within fifteen (30) working days.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Favor Church PH Inc reserves the right to modify or replace any of these terms and conditions at any time, and any change shall be effective once posted on the website.
INDEMNITY
Under no circumstance shall Favor Church PH Inc. be liable for any claims, costs, or damages, whether direct or consequential, arising as a result of your use of the online donation system or your inability to do so, your reliance on any content and/or services associated with the websites, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW
Disputes relating to the use of the websites’ online donation system and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Mandaluyong City, Philippines, where Favor Church PH Inc. is officially registered and located.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Favor Church PH Inc. is not responsible for typographic errors. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the online donation system at any time without prior notice.
What rights do I have over my data?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
